Management System

A dedicated logistics control center for Nippon Steel Corporation is based at our headquarters in Nihonbashi, enabling centralized and highly efficient operational control.

Our Integrated Logistics Optimization Department, operating under commission from Nippon Steel Corporation, manages vessel allocation and scheduling to ensure seamless transportation from steelworks to key transit points.
By integrating and centrally managing all critical data—including shipping requests, inventory levels at each steelworks, and berth planning—we deliver optimized, high-performance vessel operations.
